The invitation and agenda have now been issued for the next meeting of the IOPC Funds’ governing bodies, set to take place from 2 to 4 December 2020 (IOPC/2020/Circ.13).  The meeting will be held remotely via the virtual meeting platform KUDO.  As this will be the first virtual meeting of the IOPC Funds’ governing bodies, delegations are encouraged to carefully read the additional information provided in the invitation, and in particular, details on registration and the submission of credentials as some processes had to be adjusted to facilitate remote sessions.

Documents for consideration at the meeting are available via the Document Services section, and registered users will receive notifications as new documents are published. Delegations are in particular invited to consider a set of documents on procedural matters, which will be issued shortly under the document code IOPC/NOV20/1/3. These documents will be considered under agenda item 1 at the opening of the sessions, but in the interest of expediting the discussions, the Director will invite Member States to consider the proposals made in these documents in advance of the meeting.

Further information regarding the meeting and the role and composition of each of the governing bodies is available here.
