Parties to the international liability and compensation Conventions
There are currently 122 States Parties to the 1992 Fund Convention and 33 States Parties to the Supplementary Fund Protocol. The Member States of the 1992 Fund and Supplementary Fund can be viewed by map or list below, as can the current States Parties to the 1992 and 1969 Civil Liability Conventions and the former States Parties to the 1971 Fund Convention.
With the aim of providing an interactive, useful and intuitive experience to the user, the IOPC Funds uses the third party product Google Maps. However, the IOPC Funds is not responsible for the names of countries, territories, sea areas, etc. used by Google Maps, which may not be identical to those provided under the United Nations Terminology database (unterm.un.org) which is normally used as a reference by the IOPC Funds.
