On Thursday 30 August, the IOPC Funds’ Legal Counsel, Kensuke Kobayashi, delivered a presentation at the 45th Maritime Law Short Course at the Institute of Maritime Law in Southampton, United Kingdom. The presentation covered the international liability and compensation regime as well as the 2010 HNS Convention.
