4th Premiam Conference

The IOPC Funds were invited to participate in the fourth biennial Premiam Conference, an initiative aimed at improving post-spill environmental monitoring practices through the application of sound science and effective management and coordination, which was held at the Natural History Museum in London on 21 June 2018. In line with the conference theme, ‘looking back and moving forward’, the Funds’ Legal Counsel, Kensuke Kobayashi, delivered a presentation on recent developments and future challenges for the international liability and compensation regime.
