The IOPC Funds is proudly celebrating International Women’s Day

The IOPC Funds is proudly celebrating International Women’s Day on 8 March and is committed to supporting gender equality and the empowerment of women throughout the year as per the UN Sustainability Goal 5.

Among other initiatives, the IOPC Funds continues to actively participate in the IMOGender programme, the mentorship scheme developed by the International Maritime Organization for female students of the International Maritime Law Institute (IMLI) and the World Maritime University (WMU). Senior personnel of the IOPC Funds Secretariat are again acting as mentors for students in both institutions this year.
