Claims and Compensation workshop for OSRL

On 7 August 2019, Claims Managers, Chiara Della Mea and Mark Homan, ran a one-day claims and compensation exercise for 27 participants from Oil Spill Response Limited (OSRL) in Southampton, United Kingdom.

The exercise was designed to simulate an oil spill incident in order for responders to become familiar with the best course of action during the initial stages of an oil spill to maximise cost recovery. Participants also had the opportunity to prepare and present claims for clean-up operations and discuss various issues related to the claims they submitted during the exercise.
