In-house lecture to students from the ERASMUS University

On 31 March 2014, the Legal Counsel gave a lecture at the IOPC Funds’ offices to 29 students from the Erasmus University, Rotterdam, studying for their Masters (LLM) in Maritime and Transport Law/Commercial Law. The Legal Counsel gave a general overview of the international liability and compensation regime, which was followed by a lively discussion regarding recent topics being dealt with by the IOPC Funds’ governing bodies.
