In-house visit by students from the Hitotsubashi University

On 30 January 2018, the IOPC Funds were pleased to welcome 20 students from the Hitotsubashi University, Japan.
The Legal Counsel, Mr Kensuke Kobayashi, gave a general overview of the international liability and compensation regime, including current issues involving the IOPC Funds, followed by a question and answer session. The students were then given a tour of the International Maritime Organization.
