IOPC Funds regret to announce the sad passing of Mr Samuel Minkeng

The Director announces with deep regret that the second Vice-Chair of the 1992 Fund Assembly, Mr Samuel Roger Minkeng of Cameroon, has passed away after a short illness.  

Mr Minkeng actively represented Cameroon at IOPC Funds’ meetings for over 10 years and had been serving as second Vice-Chair of the 1992 Fund Assembly since October 2014.  His support to his fellow Chairs and Vice-Chairs, and for the work of the organisations in general, was always greatly appreciated.   

The IOPC Funds extends its deepest sympathies to Mr Minkeng’s family and to his friends and colleagues at the Société Nationale des Hydrocarbures (SNH).
