October 2013 IOPC Funds’ meetings

The governing bodies of the International Oil Pollution Compensation Funds (IOPC Funds) held meetings during the week of 21 October 2013 at the Headquarters of the International Maritime Organization (IMO) in London. Concurrent sessions were held of the 1992 Fund Administrative Council, the 1992 Fund Executive Committee, the Supplementary Fund Assembly and the 1971 Fund Administrative Council. The occasion coincided with the 35th anniversary of the establishment of the 1971 Fund, which began with 14 Member States. At the time of the October 2013 sessions, the 1992 Fund had 113 Member States.
