Online event organised by the University of Cartagena, Colombia

The IOPC Funds were invited to participate in an online event organised by the of the University of Cartagena, Colombia, on 11 August 2022.

The Deputy Director/Head of the Claims Department, Liliana Monsalve, took part in a panel discussion entitled Global Politics and Commitments: International Agreements and Conventions. Mrs. Monsalve presented on the main aspects of the legal framework of the international liability and compensation regime for ship-source pollution, including the fundamental concepts for the admissibility of claims.
