Online seminar for students from Ghent University

Students from the Law Faculty of Ghent University, Belgium, studying a Masters in Maritime Science, attended an IOPC Funds online seminar to enhance their knowledge in their field of studies.  On 19 February 2021, Mark Homan, Claims Manager, presented on the fundamental aspects of the legal framework of the international liability and compensation regime and reflected on the recent developments and challenges in the future.  This online seminar was organised as part of the continuous cooperation with Ghent University.
