Preparation of credentials for April 2025 meeting explained

The Secretariat has updated the animated video that provides step-by-step instructions for submitting letters of credentials for the IOPC Funds’ meetings.  First published in English only in October 2024, this short visual guide has been updated for the IOPC Funds’ April 2025 meeting and is now available in all three official languages.  The video is designed to simplify the process for Member States and can be accessed here.

Member States are required to submit credentials in line with the governing bodies’ Rules of Procedure in order to actively participate in meetings.  These credentials become even more important when a vote takes place during the sessions as only those States whose credentials are fully in order are allowed to do so.  Full guidance is provided to States in circular IOPC/2023/Circ.6, but in order to assist States in avoiding common errors or oversights when preparing letters of credentials, the Secretariat has put together this simple instructional video. The next meeting of the IOPC Funds’ governing bodies will take place in London from Tuesday 29 April to Thursday 1 May 2025. The deadline for registration and credential submission is 22 April 2025.
