Provisional agenda issued for the spring 2013 meetings

Circulars containing the invitation and provisional agenda, including a provisional timetable for the spring 2013 meetings of the IOPC Funds’ governing bodies, have been issued to all 1992 Fund Member States, former 1971 Fund Member States and States and organisations with observer status.
The meetings will take place at the IMO headquarters from 22 to 24 April 2013 and will include the following:
1992 Fund Executive Committee – Fifty-eighth session
1971 Fund Administrative Council – Thirtieth session
1992 Fund sixth intersessional Working Group – Fifth meeting
1992 Fund seventh intersessional Working Group – Second meeting
Documents issued for IOPC Funds’ meetings are made available via the Document Services section, where delegates can also register for the meetings. Information about the requirement for credentials and notifications for meetings is available here.
The autumn sessions of the governing bodies will take place during the week of 21 October 2013. Circulars containing the invitation and provisional agenda for those meetings will be issued nearer the time. Read more here.
