Students from the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya visit IOPC Funds

On 27 March 2019, the IOPC Funds had the pleasure of welcoming a group of students from the Faculty of Nautical Studies of Barcelona, Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, Spain.

Claims Administrator, Ana Cuesta, provided an introduction to the legal framework of the international liability and compensation regime and an overview of the role of the IOPC Funds. The presentation was followed by an open discussion session which included a number of interesting questions raised by the participants who are all studying for their Masters in Shipping Business.
