On 15 February 2013, the Legal Counsel gave a lecture at the IOPC Funds’ offices to six ITLOS Nippon Fellows, who are participating in the dispute settlement training programme organised by the International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea (ITLOS) and supported by the Nippon Foundation. The Legal Counsel gave a general overview of the international liability and compensation regime.
