Visit of students from Ghent and Antwerp universities

On 18 November 2014 the Legal Counsel gave a lecture at the IOPC Funds’ offices to a number of students from the Law Faculties of Ghent and Antwerp Universities in Belgium studying for their Masters (LLM) in Maritime Science. Also attending were four employees of the Port of Ghent. The Legal Counsel gave a general overview of the international liability and compensation regime, including an update on recent developments. This was followed by a lively discussion session.
