On 20 February 2019, the Legal Counsel, Kensuke Kobayashi, delivered two lectures to the 2019 students of the Maritime Safety Environmental Administration course of the World Maritime University (WMU). He presented on the international conventions for marine pollution and the role of the IOPC Funds. The presentations were followed by a discussion session.
