Administration Department

The Administration Department comprises the Head of Department; the Chief of Finance and Finance Manager, supported by three Finance Assistants; the External Relations and Conference Manager, supported by the Information Officer, the External Relations and Conference Coordinator, the Translation Coordinator, three Associate Editors, and the External Relations and Conference Assistant; and the HR Manager; the IT Officer; and the IT/Office Administrator.

The Department provides the necessary management planning and oversight in the areas of finance, the levying of contributions, external relations activities, conference services, translation, human resource management, information technology, procurement and general services. The Department also provides accurate and detailed information on its area of responsibility to the governing bodies and other interested parties.
