IOPC Funds publishes Financial Review 2024 and a new edition of the Texts of Conventions

The IOPC Funds has published the 1992 Fund Financial Review 2024 and the Supplementary Fund Financial Review 2024, following approval of the organisation’s 2024 Financial Statements by its governing bodies at their November 2025 sessions.

These publications complement the Annual Report, issued in the first quarter of each year, which contains only key unaudited figures for the relevant financial period. The Financial Review, however, provides the complete audited Financial Statements approved by the governing bodies at their regular sessions.

The 2025 Financial Statements will be submitted for approval at the governing bodies’ October 2026 sessions and published shortly thereafter in the form of the Financial Review.

In a related development, a new edition of the Texts of Conventions has also been published. This publication includes the texts of the 1992 CLC and the 1992 Fund Convention (the consolidated texts of the 1969 CLC and the 1971 Fund Convention as amended by the 1992 Protocols), as well as the two Resolutions on the increase of limits and the text of the Supplementary Fund Protocol.

The 1992 Fund Financial Review 2024 and the Supplementary Fund Financial Review 2024, together with the Texts of Conventions, are available to download from the Publications section of the IOPC Funds’ website. The Texts of Conventions can also be provided in hard copy on request.
