National workshop on international liability compensation regime, Goa (India)

On 8–9 June 2017, the IOPC Funds was invited to participate in a national workshop on the international liability and compensation regime in Goa, India, where the Head of Claims Department, Ms Liliana Monsalve, gave a number of presentations alongside ITOPF and the International Group of P&I Associations. Organised by the Directorate General of Shipping, India, for the benefit of relevant Government authorities and stakeholders, the two-day workshop was aimed at raising awareness of the regime.
