Publication of new Claims Information Pack

The IOPC Funds’ Claims Information Pack, which was originally published in 2014, has been updated and re-issued for 2018. The pack now contains the following publications:

• Claims manual
• Guidelines for presenting claims in the fisheries, mariculture and fish processing sectors
• Guidelines for presenting claims in the tourism sector
• Guidelines for presenting claims for clean up and preventive measures
• Guidelines for presenting claims for environmental damage (new)
• Example Claim Form

The above publications are available to download and hard copies of the entire pack are available on request. However, those on our mailing list already will automatically be sent a copy of the new pack in due course.
