The IOPC Funds welcomed a group of International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea (ITLOS) Nippon Fellows to the IMO building on 26 October 2017. The Legal Counsel, Mr Kensuke Kobayashi, spent time with the seven students, delivering a general presentation and answering questions about the international liability and compensation regime.
