Visit to Gard Club, Arendal, Norway

Mark Homan, Claims Manager visited the offices of the P&I insurer Gard AS (Gard Club) in Arendal, Norway in June 2012. Mr Homan gave a lecture to their claims team about the International Liability and Compensation Regime in general and specifically the 1992 Fund, in particular the claims handling process at the IOPC Funds. He also ran a short exercise on claims arising from a hypothetical spill scenario.
