Visit to Thailand

The Director and Legal Counsel visited Thailand in May 2015 to assist the Thai Government with their legislation required in ratifying the 1992 CLC and 1992 Fund Convention. On 28 May, a meeting was held with the Marine Department of Thailand to discuss the implementation of the 1992 Fund Convention into national law and a one-day seminar on the IOPC Funds was held on 29 May to provide information on the operation of the international compensation regime.
